Arivu Thirukovil is located near the Aadaliamman Koil temple, at a distance of 25 km from Pollachi ,Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu state, India. The temple is also known as the ‘Temple of Consciousness’.

 

The temple is dedicated to the deity Lord Murugan, also known as Arivu Thirukkovil Murugan. The word “Arivu” means knowledge, and the temple is believed to be a place of learning where devotees can seek knowledge and wisdom.

 

This ahsramam was founded by Vethathiri Maharishi. They are teaching Yoga and meditation. Area is surrounded by mountains and dam. Very calm and quiet. Need to maintain silence since Meditation and lectures might go on sometimes.

 

The temple is famous for its exceptional architecture, blending traditional Tamil and modern styles. The temple attracts devotees visits from all over the state, who come to seek blessings and offer their prayers.
